Terms of Service
What you get, what you pay, and exactly how the page-one guarantee works. In plain English.
These terms govern the services provided by NeuraNest Agency ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). They are written plainly on purpose — you should be able to understand what you are agreeing to without a lawyer.
By engaging us, you accept these terms. Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Our services
- AI SEO — search and AI-answer visibility, from AU$250 per month.
- No Rank, No Fee — AU$499 setup, then AU$0 until you rank on Google page one; optional AU$199 per month afterwards.
- Website design — from AU$300 for a landing page, from AU$750 for a business site.
- Google Business Profile — setup from AU$150, managed from AU$199 per month.
- Free digital audit — no cost, no obligation.
The exact scope of your engagement is whatever we agree in writing before work starts. If it is not in that written scope, it is not included.
How "No Rank, No Fee" works
This is our core promise, so it is worth being precise about it.
- You pay a one-off AU$499 setup fee to begin. This covers the audit, technical and indexing fixes, schema and on-page optimisation — the work that must happen before anything can rank.
- After that you pay nothing further until you reach page one of Google for the keywords agreed in writing.
- Once you rank, you may continue on AU$199 per month to hold and grow the position, or stop. It is month-to-month.
- If you never reach page one for the agreed keywords, you pay nothing beyond the setup fee.
What counts as "page one"
- Position 1–10 in Google’s organic results, or a position in the local map pack, for an agreed keyword.
- Measured on Google.com.au, searched from within the relevant service area, in a logged-out or incognito session.
- Verified by screenshot and Google Search Console data.
- Personalised results, paid ads and results from a different location are not a fair measure and are excluded.
Which keywords are covered
Only the specific keywords listed in your written scope. These are chosen together, and are usually brand, hyperlocal and suburb-plus-service terms. Highly competitive city-wide head terms are a longer campaign and sit outside the fast guarantee unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
What we need from you
Search results depend partly on things only you control. To deliver, we need:
- Timely access to your website, hosting, domain and Google Business Profile.
- Responses to questions within a reasonable time.
- Approval of content and changes when requested.
- That you do not make conflicting changes, or engage another SEO provider on the same site, without telling us.
If access or approvals are delayed, timeframes shift accordingly. We cannot guarantee an outcome for work we were prevented from doing.
Payment
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Monthly services are billed in advance and are month-to-month — no lock-in contracts.
- Prices shown on this website apply to new engagements and may change over time; your agreed price will not change during your engagement without written notice.
Cancellation
- You can cancel a monthly service at any time with 14 days’ written notice. You are billed to the end of the current period, and there are no exit fees.
- The AU$499 setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, because the work has been done.
- We may end an engagement if fees remain unpaid, if we are asked to do something unethical or against search-engine guidelines, or if the working relationship breaks down. We will give reasonable notice and hand over your assets.
What you own
On full payment, you own your website, your content, your domain and your Google Business Profile outright. We do not hold your assets hostage. If you leave, we hand over access and you keep everything.
What we can and cannot guarantee
This section matters. Please read it.
- We guarantee the work described in your scope will be carried out competently and professionally.
- We guarantee the No Rank, No Fee terms above, exactly as written.
- We cannot guarantee a specific ranking position on keywords outside your agreed scope, or a specific volume of traffic, leads or sales.
- We cannot control Google’s algorithm, your competitors’ activity, or changes Google makes to how results are displayed.
- We cannot guarantee that AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Gemini will mention your business — we improve the conditions that make it likely, but those systems are outside anyone’s control.
Our conduct
We use only legitimate, guideline-compliant methods. We do not buy links, generate fake reviews, keyword-stuff, or use any tactic that risks a penalty on your domain. If you ask us to do something that would put your site at risk, we will decline and explain why.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and will not publish you as a client, case study or testimonial without your written permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Victoria. Before that, we ask that you raise the issue with us directly — most things are resolved with a phone call.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes affecting an existing engagement will be notified to you in writing and will not apply retroactively.
